Construction of Bbina Residential Apartment

TETRABUILD Services Limited was contracted in 2018 to undertake the construction of this Modern Residential Apartment Building in Bbina, Luzira, Kampala District, Uganda. The construction commenced in 2018 with works on the perimeter wall and a 6m high retaining wall.

The house construction began a year later in November 2019 and is currently in the finishes stage. The original building design was prepared by Maramani (A south African online architectural design firm).

Code Infrastructure Group under Arch Hillary Mugarura prepared remodels for the finished outlook of the structure and is the main consultant supervising the project until completion.

Tetrabuild undertook all the work from the substructure until the finished shell structure. The key finishes of this modern house were subcontracted to professional providers like HMF Aluminium and Steel and Mbawo Timber among others.
