Construction of Mutungo Tenancy Apartment Building

TETRABUILD Services Limited was contracted in March 2022 to undertake the construction of these Apartments. The works commenced immediately and are currently in the finishes stage with internal plaster ongoing.

The works involved the construction of this five-unit apartment with 2 high retaining walls, a perimeter wall fence, and demolishing of an existing 3No Unit Bungalow Tenancy Apartment and salvaging much of the useable construction materials from the debris.

The house is composed of 5No Tenancy Units (4 Single Bedroom Units while one has 2 Bedrooms). Each unit is self-contained with Toilet, Bathroom, and Kitchen. The house construction is expected to be completed within the next 2months as we commence works on the compound involving storm drainages works, leveling, paving, soak away pit, and biodigester.
