Design and Renovation Works at CIAT Workshop (NARO, Kawanda)

TETRABUILD Services Limited was contracted by CIAT and Bioversity Internation (NGOs) located in Kawanda to undertake renovation works to an existing workshop to upgrade it to meet extra demands of the garage.

TETRABUILD prepared proposed designs for the workshop renovation and executed works based on them.

The works commenced in October 2021 and we completed them in November 2021. The works involved the construction of a service pit, washing bay, roofed shade for storage, drainage works, and paving the entire compound. The project had a Defects Liability Period of 6months which was reached without any observed snags.
