TETRABUILD Services Limited was contracted in November 2020 to undertake the finishing works on this prestigious bungalow located in Kyanja, Kampala District, Uganda. The site is 100m off Kyanja ring road seated on a 50x100ft plot size.
The works commenced in November 2020 with gate installation, plaster works, masonry modifications, rising damp protection and waterproofing works to flat slabs and the concealed concrete gutters.
The scope of works involved gate installation, plastering, waterproofing, damp proofing, steel fabrications, painting, tiling, extension of perimeter walls, gypsum works, carpentry, roofing repairs, construction of a boy’s quarter unit, electrical and plumbing works.
