Waterproofing & General Renovation Works at The Seventeen Apartments Hotel

TETRABUILD Services Limited has been the contractor of choice for The Seventeen Apartments Hotel where we have undertaken waterproofing works to over 5No Flat roof slabs, Swimming Pools, Compound Slabs, and Retaining Walls.

The Seventeen Apartments are located on the Hill of Kololo next to Summit View Barracks. It overlooks the Lugogo Bypass, Naguru Go Down, Bukoto, and Kamwokya. We have been called multiple times to solve issues of leakages from these concrete slabs, retaining walls, and the swimming pool.

We also undertook general building renovation work, fabrication works and compound works concreting works as per clients’ designs and layouts.
